Well With Sierra does not bill insurance and The Well Method™ is a private-pay wellness program.
Depending on your individual plan and eligibility, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services. Because coverage and eligibility vary, I recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchasing.

Yes! Flexible payment options are available through Affirm and Klarna, allowing eligible clients to split their investment into smaller payments over time.

No. Although I am a Registered Nurse and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, I am not acting as your medical provider within The Well Method™. My services are educational and wellness-focused and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for medical conditions. I encourage collaboration with your physician or other licensed healthcare providers when medical evaluation or treatment is needed.
-
Every person and every body is different, so there isn’t a set timeline for when you’ll notice changes. Some clients may begin noticing shifts as they implement their foundational recommendations, while other changes take more time.
The Well Method™ is designed as a 16-week experience because meaningful, sustainable change rarely happens overnight. We’ll track your progress throughout our time together and adjust your plan based on how you’re responding.
-
No. Functional labs are purchased separately because testing is completely individualized. You’ll always know what I’m recommending and the associated cost before deciding whether to move forward.
-
No. Supplements are also individualized and purchased separately. I take a foundations-first approach, so the goal isn’t to put you on an overwhelming supplement routine. When supplements are recommended, I’ll explain why they’re being used and how they fit into your overall plan.
-
Absolutely. I believe functional wellness support should complement—not replace—appropriate medical care. I’m happy to encourage collaboration with your healthcare team and may recommend that certain findings or concerns be discussed with your physician or another appropriately licensed provider.
-
Sessions are held virtually, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your home.
-
While The Well Method™ and much of my education and content are geared toward women’s health, I’m open to working with men as well.
Because every client is different, we’ll use the discovery call to discuss your goals and determine whether my approach and scope are a good fit for what you’re looking for.
-
My goal is for you to leave our 16 weeks feeling more confident supporting your health—not dependent on me forever.
At the end of The Well Method™, we’ll review your progress and create a personalized maintenance plan outlining what to continue, what may need to be reassessed, and how to move forward.
If you feel you’d benefit from continued support, we can also discuss what ongoing or follow-up support may make sense for you.
-
That’s exactly what the complimentary discovery call is for. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’re hoping to change, and what working together looks like so we can determine whether The Well Method™ feels like the right fit.
Still wondering if The Well Method™ is right for you?
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Your complimentary discovery call is a chance to tell me what you’ve been experiencing, ask any remaining questions, and learn more about what working together could look like.
